This page covers this website and what applies to all Seedlamp Studio games. Every game also has its own privacy policy that lists exactly what that game does with data; when you play a game, its policy is the one to read.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no advertising and no content from other sites (except the visit counter below and a trailer you choose to play); even its fonts are served from here. It is hosted on GitHub Pages by GitHub, Inc. When you open a page, GitHub processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and keep the service secure, as described in the GitHub General Privacy Statement. We do not receive these logs. To know how many people visit and which pages they read, we count visits with GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly counter without cookies: it notes the page, where the visit came from (for example our game or Google Play), the browser and its language, screen size and the country derived from the IP address, and keeps only daily totals - no IP address and no profile of you. We see only those totals; the basis is our legitimate interest in knowing that the site works and is useful. The Orbjar page shows our trailer as a picture first; only when you press play does the video load from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode), and from then on Google processes data as described in the Google Privacy Policy. When you switch the site language, or a game opens this site in its own language, that choice is remembered in your browser (local storage) so the next page opens in the same language; it never leaves your device.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach (for example your device model or a screenshot). We use it only to answer you and to fix the problem you report, based on our legitimate interest in supporting our players. We keep the conversation only as long as needed to handle it. Our mailbox is hosted by Google (Gmail).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data relating to you, ask us to restrict its processing, object to processing, and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to support@seedlamp.com; we answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, or with the authority in your own country.
